On occasion, she can be very snippy. She likes things to go her way, and this is part of why she is lead guitar. She likes things she can predict, and she loves the ball being in her court. She isn’t shy, and she will tell you how it is, without fear for how it could affect you. She doesn’t like to be disliked, but if it happens, it happens. She can be bossy, but she has gotten better about this the older she’s gotten, thankfully for her. She’s an only child, so she was used to getting her way at home, and it just sort of translated into other parts of her life, whether she meant for it to or not. She just sort of has a bad temper on occasion, and will show people how it is.
Overall, she is a sweet person who just has her bad moments, but really, everyone can’t be perfect all the time. She is devoted and she loves to be around her fans, and her bandmates. She puts her all into most everything she does, and she would give anything to please people. She likes to know how things are supposed to go, and she likes to be in charge, but if she feels comfortable enough, she can let someone else take the wheel and tell her how things are supposed to go. If she does trust someone enough, she can do anything they need her to, though about the only people she trusts that much are her bandmates.
On the trust note, she can be very mistrusting of people. She comes from a broken home, and knows that people can be cruel. Her mother always told her terrible things about her father, and her father always did the same about her mother. Her grandparents also separated and each died alone, and she never had any siblings to see things through, so she doesn’t really believe in love, or that it can last. Her fears often get in the way of relationships, but deep down, she wants to believe in love, so much sometimes it hurts her. She just wants to know that someone can love her forever, and it won’t just fall apart after a moment of doubt.

history;;
[/li][li] Born the only child to a young married couple, Jill and Newmon, who were freshly out of college.
[/li][li] Parents divorced when she was 3.
[/li][li] Spent her childhood going back and forth, until her dad was convicted of a DUI and mom sued for parental rights.
[/li][li] She was forced to live with her mom, who was getting remarried to a much older man that Maddie didn’t care for, and he didn’t like her either.
[/li][li] Her dad never so much as tried to send her a birthday card, she always resented him for that.
[/li][li] Eventually, she started to make friends at school, and realized music could be an escape.
[/li][li] Her Grandmother gave her a guitar for her 11th birthday, and that acoustic guitar kept her sane all through her teenage years.
[/li][li] She started to learn guitar skills in school, on her own, and from her friends.
[/li][li] By high school, she wanted to form a band, but most people thought it was sort of dumb, or that they couldn’t go anywhere.
[/li][li] Worked at a diner for a few years, finishing school working there, and working there afterward, living on her own with a few roommates.
[/li][li] Those same roommates eventually convinced her to start a band with them, and now she is where she is, no more diner, no more mom, only her friends, and she couldn’t be happier with where her life has gotten her.

roleplay sample;;
(From another site :])
Ron had barely been here any time at all, and he was ready to scream. He, never in his wildest dreams could have imagined things were this bad. He guessed they were worse due to the fact there was a time change, but regardless! This was terrible, he had seen people die, never had he wanted that to be the case. He couldn't ever say he could see himself in a fight for his life, but here he was, and it was nearly knocking on Hogwarts' door. He felt his throat close everytime he thought about it, and he didn't know how to stop thinking about it. Some people thought he wasn't emotional, truth be told, he was very emotional, he just didn't know how to show it; and that just made it even worse on his mental state.
He held it all in, all the time. HE didn't want to worry anyone, and he just wanted it all to be a bad dream. But, everyday, the nightmare just got longer. He didn't know what to do anymore, he had Hermione, but where was Harry? Running around in the past? Great, thanks Mate. Big help there. He scoffed, and he had to get outside. He stomped out of the castle, and he tugged his jacket closer, and he held his head lowly. He glanced to his left, and he could see the door ahead. He pushed it open, and he could see the blinding white of the snow on the ground. He swallowed, and he exhaled, his breath billowing around his face.
Ron moved into the frozen courtyard, and he made for a bench, but he didn't sit on it, instead, he sat on the ground before it. He squinted his eyes against the light, and he pulled his knees up, uncaring that he sat in the snow. He placed his chin on his leg. He looked out over the courtyard, and he was thinking, trying to decide what he could do with himself. He had to help, but how? He wasn't that good of a wizard, but he guessed, if he could get Hermione to help, maybe she would have an idea, or she could help him, they could protect each other.
He raised his head, and his wand. "Expecto patronum!" He said hastily, lifting his wand, but only being able to produce a bit of a cloud. He looked at his hand, and he furrowed his brow. He tried again, still nothing. What was he doing wrong? He'd never tried this before, but he knew that wasn't a patronus.
